Damola Adamolekun is CEO of Red Lobster and the youngest chief executive in the iconic seafood brand’s history. Since taking the helm in 2024, he has led Red Lobster’s turnaround with a focus on operational discipline, guest experience, menu innovation and strategic reinvestment, while working to revitalize the brand for a new generation. Previously, Adamolekun served as CEO of P.F. Chang’s, where he led the company through the pandemic and returned the business to growth. He began his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and later worked in private equity and investment management. Adamolekun earned his bachelor’s degree from Brown University and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
